The Company

The Allen Civic Ballet Company is a nonprofit organization funded in part by the City of Allen, Texas. 

The company is dedicated to providing affordable and enjoyable dance performances for audiences of all ages, while providing valuable experience to young dancers considering a career in the profession.

The company is open by audition and utilizes the talents of local dancers and professional guest artists.

Allen Civic Ballet presents two productions per year. “Nutcracker” in December, and the “Allen Dance Festival”, which showcases several local dance groups in a variety of styles, in the spring. 

Company dancers also perform at various dance festivals, including “Dance for the Planet” in downtown Dallas, and “Plano Dance Festival” in Plano, Texas.
